The breakfast is of good quality, but the cleanliness of the dishes was complained about on site (mostly dirty glasses and a dirty fork after the table was set). The room for 10 people was reserved, yet only 8 seats were available and set; an extra table had to be moved and set up separately. The rooms were satisfactorily clean, though the furniture was old with noticeable wear. The bathroom was clean on arrival, but the bathtub had enamel cracks (room 417). After a dinner complaint, the complaint handling was inadequate and unprofessional: a solution was only offered after a 30‑minute wait, which the affected guests rejected. Only after insisting were the ordered salads not charged; the salad did not match the menu description (missing balsamic dressing, missing feta cheese, the main salad was overly acidic). The gluten intolerance of one guest was ignored, and the staff did not ask about it during ordering. The chef offered a good alternative when a menu item was unavailable. Receptionists and staff were consistently friendly.

The ambience is beautiful, the host is very friendly, and the stay was overall pleasant. I was very satisfied and would definitely recommend the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and great location. Plenty of parking space. The shower drain was blocked, otherwise everything was great!
