How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Overall everything was great, the staff were incredibly friendly, and for families it’s a fantastic spot thanks to the kid‑friendly activities and family pools. The only thing that didn’t wow me was the buffet restaurant – it was decent but nothing that makes you say “wow, that’s amazing.” Still, it’s highly recommended. Oh, and the water had a bit of seaweed, but you can still swim.

The location, the selection of all inclusive dining experiences, the aquapark and the clean beach. Best gym I've ever seen in a hotel. The abused AC (it got me sick), severely overpriced goods, concierges who only look for ways to make you pay extra. The adult scene costs extra (45 USD per day), but generally the hotel is targeted at families

Bridgitte at the front desk helped us book and get an extra hour of late check‑out because no one else could resolve it, and the arcade attendant was very friendly and lovely with the kids. The surf pool didn’t work, and when we went for my son’s birthday, the overall restaurant service was terrible; we weren’t offered water at breakfast, had to hunt down waiters for water and coffee, and the staff never cleaned or took dirty dishes. We dined at the steak place and the food presentation was poor, they brought me a dish I didn’t order, I asked for late check‑out again and nobody could solve it, they wanted to charge extra, and because the surf pool was broken we felt the hotel was overpriced overall.

Everything was excellent: the facilities, amenities, cleanliness, atmosphere, food, and especially the friendliness and willingness of all staff. The only minor issue was that on the last two days of my stay a large convention took over the lobby, and the sheer number of people caused huge lines at the restaurants, filling all the stations for breakfast and dinner; it should have been staggered so guests not part of the convention weren’t affected.
