The internet was very bad and the TV didn’t support smart TV; only regular channels were available. My room cost $150 per night, but the basics were missing for that price.

The place was in a very good spot, the view from the window was beautiful, the breakfast was generous, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The whole hotel was very clean and new, the lobby view was beautiful, the staff were all very nice, the room size was adequate, the bathroom was especially large, the location was on the street opposite the river in the town centre, a short walk across the bridge takes about eight minutes, very convenient, and the breakfast was okay.

It’s a ten‑minute walk from Mestia main street, very quiet. At night the hotel turns off the heater, the breakfast area is in the basement. The room rates are unstable, and staff will tell you that paying in cash is much cheaper. Also, there is no way to pre‑order breakfast.

The view was really beautiful, but the lighting at breakfast could have been better.
