Everything was great.

The hotel needs urgent maintenance: the interior floor is very dirty, the spa and gym smell moldy, the room lacks upkeep, the bathtub mixer is loose, the balcony has cracked tiles. Hygiene is lacking in some areas and a lot of maintenance is required. If they need a maintenance manager, I can help.
