The hotel is very beautiful and spacious, featuring a pool with a terrace and sun loungers, and no bar. Reception staff are 10/10—friendly and always ready to help, greeting you as soon as you enter. The restaurant offers a good kitchen and a pleasant atmosphere. Breakfast provides plenty of options for every taste, which is really great. However, room cleaning leaves much to be desired for the €10 that is supposedly free: the room is not cleaned well, the tray and dishes from the restaurant are not cleaned or considered necessary, trash is not cleared, the floor is smudged with a rag, towels are covered, the cleaning lady was not friendly and only 5 € was left as a tip; she crumpled it and left a dirty wet rag on the children's clothes, giving off a rotten rag smell. The room has a side view of the sea in the “superior Prestige” category. The sink water didn’t drain, but after I reported it to reception they fixed it immediately. For that price, the mini‑bar should be free.

Nice and close! The restaurant demanded an €80 cover charge for a coffee table, which guests should not be asked for because we are already paying the property.

Yer lokasyon ve odalar gayet iyiydi. Malesef oda teslimini 16.45 anca yapabilen bir otel ne olursa olsun dikkatsiz ve tedbirsizdir.Calisanlarin umursamaz tavirlarida olacak is degil hic bir otelde oda 16.00 da teslim edilmez cikis 12.00 olupta uzucu bir durum
