How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I loved everything about my stay at Golden Rose Hotel. The room was beautiful, elegant, clean and comfortable, and the whole experience made me feel like a queen. The staff were lovely and helpful throughout my stay. One day I will be back and highly recommend it. Thank you

The male staff were not welcoming at all and seemed clueless about how to handle guests and greet them politely. On October 2 between 9‑11 am, a front‑desk employee was asked for a towel; he promised to bring it back but never did, and never checked whether it was available. Don’t let customers suffer from such personal neglect—please fix that. Some pillows show a brown tint, and the wall needs cleaning or repainting. Hand soap isn’t provided; you can only use the shower soap hanging by the pool. A cigarette smell lingered on the third floor at times, even though the rooms were non‑smoking; it was especially bothersome during the first two nights. I booked three nights at this hotel.
