“Dirty,noisy and small”
Nothing good. The place was dirty, stinky, and noisy.
The staff were very helpful, but the air‑conditioning was so noisy it nearly killed me that night 😭
“Superb staff”
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers a penthouse pool, gym, restaurant, work spaces, and plenty of eateries and fast‑food spots nearby. BGC and public transport are just a short 900‑meter walk away. Nothing else stood out.
“Fair”
The location is fine, the bed is large, they provide a hanger, and overall cleaning and service are good. The air‑con is super loud—no sleep, unfortunately. There’s no table or desk, so I had to work from the bed, keep water, wallets, etc. on the bed—either the bed or the floor. The toilet bowl refills very slowly.
“Exiting the building Needs to be Reviewed.”
The elevator was out of order and got stuck on a floor when I needed to reach an appointment quickly; there was no way to call for help and the reception number wasn’t listed near the elevator. The exit steps and doors that open from the stairs were not accessible, forcing me to walk all the way back up. In case of a fire or another elevator failure, guests would be unable to leave or notify staff, which made me feel unsafe. That’s all.
