Location: Excellent. Very convenient to access entire Panjim Hygiene: Very clean… it’s a new property Beach access: Just cross the road Panjim market: Hardly 5 mins drive DP beach- again 15 mins. 1. Parking: Was not comfortable to park on the road…. But had no choice 2. Non smoking rooms have very strong smoking smell…

“Cute, lovely hotel with very good location & devoted, sincere staff”
This cute and lovely hotel sits just 200 metres from the beach and its biggest selling point is the staff, who are highly devoted, sincere, and helpful. The RAKI rooftop is an added attraction. The management is a bit frugal with breakfast items, all laid out on a 15‑ft slab, and they should be more generous in this regard.
