The price‑performance is excellent, the room is very clean, and it’s right next to Benh Thanh Market yet still quiet. The balcony is pleasant for sitting outside. Finding the entrance is a bit tricky (you go through a travel agency), but the vendors in front of the entrance point you in the right direction.

The spot was very convenient, but the drawer in the built‑in table was broken and, because there’s no divider between the shower, toilet and sink, every time I took a shower the whole bathroom got drenched.

The central location was spot‑on, the family suite was spacious, everything stayed spotless and felt very safe, and the staff were friendly.
