“Manque de propreté”
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a number of issues. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was a letdown. The furniture and decor were outdated and poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was subpar. There were dust bunnies under the bed, yellowed towels, and a headboard that was in dire need of a good cleaning. It seemed like some rooms were being used as long-term residences, with personal belongings on display in the hallway.
