The location was fine. The beds were uncomfortable and there was no bathroom in the room.

Nothing positive to mention. Our stay was deeply concerning, mainly because of serious safety issues. We had booked an 11‑day stay but ended up changing it. During my time there, I saw Patricia, the person in charge, inhale a strong‑smelling substance that looked like thinner or another solvent, and my mom saw her do it several times. This happened inside the property, including the second‑floor kitchen and ground‑floor rooms. After inhaling, her behavior seemed clearly altered, making us feel even more unsafe. The worst was the physical condition of the place: there was a gas leak near the boiler; when we turned on the hot water tap, the boiler didn’t fire properly and a lot of gas leaked out. We reported it, and Patricia said the problem had been reported before but nothing was done. There was also a gas tank inside the bathroom. The stove was also alarming: using it caused small explosions or detonations, and suddenly a much stronger flame would appear, so we had to stop cooking for our safety. Overall, the gas connections were in a very collapsed state. Another serious risk was a hole in the ceiling where electrical wires were exposed, and water was dripping from a leak right onto that exposed wiring. We reported this because we were seriously worried about the risk of electric shock, short circuit, or fire. Having a gas leak, a stove with irregular combustion, and water falling on exposed wiring seemed an extremely dangerous combination.

This place is a tourist trap and terrible. It’s basically a parking lot that’s been marked up, and if you look to the sides you’ll see the neighboring houses and the noise feels like being on the street; that’s why we had to leave and find another hotel.
