How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The stay conditions, food, and cultural program were colorful and all good. I didn’t like that at check‑out the front desk first asked if I’d used the minibar, then called the housekeepers to check the room – it felt at least incorrect toward guests.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner were all excellent. The sauna and pool were super. The hotel territory was flawless. No negatives.

The road was very bad, and while traveling you could end up stuck without wheels.

The location was great, surrounded by nice nature and the hotel grounds themselves. There’s a summer pool with a bar‑restaurant nearby, a nice spa and a wide range of wellness treatments for adults, and everything for kids is thought out to the last detail, with plenty of entertainment and child‑animation on site. However, in my view the price‑to‑quality ratio doesn’t hold up; everything is clean and good, but the cost feels too high for a hotel of this type.

The room was pretty decent, clean, with air‑conditioning, a tidy bathroom, hot water, a clean bed, fresh towels, and disposable slippers. The hotel has three buildings; ours was in Building 3, room 322. The walls were thin and the AC noise was very noticeable (a block). The carpet on the floor was a bit worn. The food was good, the buffet was tasty, the area was quiet and pleasant for a walk, and parking was available. The pool was nice, loungers were provided, there’s a bar, changing rooms and showers nearby, and there were animations. I liked the massages; my massage therapist, Mr Oleg (Room 1), did a great job. I’m grateful and felt great, though I didn’t get into the spa because of time constraints. The downside was the many children who weren’t supervised by parents; the pool was noisy, kids jumped on heads, and although there’s a children’s pool for those under 5, everyone was in the adult pool, making it hard to swim calmly because you risk being jumped on or having your teeth knocked out, with kids running, shouting, etc.
