The reception was very warm and the staff available; the pool is quite large, and the hotel is in a quiet area despite a road nearby. The ground‑floor room was very very dark and impossible to open windows and curtains due to the passage in front, the mattresses were very hard, it was quite far from central points, and there were no restaurants nearby.

The front desk guys were super helpful. One drawback is that breakfast is not a buffet; you have to notify the day before what you want, and they give you a list with several options.
