The spot couldn't be better – right in the heart of everything yet surprisingly quiet. The room itself was fine, but it felt a bit stripped down; a few bathroom shelves, a rug and extra towels would have made it feel more lived‑in.

We didn't get breakfast included, but there are a couple of cafés just around the corner, so coffee was easy to find. The downside was the lack of any housekeeping; we managed on our own, but a quick clean every couple of days would have been nice.

The hotel is right where you want to be if you’re interested in checking out the local Russian submarine exhibit – super convenient. Unfortunately, there was no soap provided, so we had to pop over to the nearby supermarket to pick some up.

The room was spotless and cozy, with a really comfortable bed that made it easy to get a good night's sleep. Perfect if you just need a quick stop before heading on to Varna.
