The room and bathroom were new, well maintained, and spotless, with ample space and all the essentials. The outdoor area was beautiful, offering laundry and drying space. The location is excellent, just steps from the sea and free of noise. The host was courteous and always ready to help.
The building feels modern and comfortable, the spot is great, and the cleaning was satisfactory. Nothing in particular stood out as a problem.
The room was clean and welcoming, complete with a coffee machine and bottled water in the fridge. The parking for a car, especially for someone in a wheelchair or with a disability, was problematic.

The room was spotless, had a working AC, a coffee stain, capsules, biscuits and tea, a kettle, soaps and foam, a hairdryer, a quiet environment, a washing machine, and a small terrace to sit. The host Roberta was friendly and attentive, and Noemi was also very kind. Walking distance to supermarkets and the beach is great, though having a car is still useful. I hope to return soon. The only downside is there’s no parking, but there’s a street nearby.

This place is a fantastic little gem, with a wonderful design and a great common area for hanging out with friends and family that feels so authentically Italian. I absolutely adored the decor, the location, and how close it is to the beach, cafés, restaurants, and basically everything else.
