“Bad”
The place is in a convenient spot. However, there were no functioning lights, no suitable accommodations for people with disabilities, and the staff were rude and discourteous.

The hotel didn’t charge extra, which was a relief given how pricey Hollywood can be; I just needed a temporary spot to stay, and it did the job. I was annoyed that the front desk clerk had to open the gate for a visitor while I was busy, and I didn’t appreciate having to back out into traffic or needing a buzz‑in or key to get in—those details left a bad impression.

The only redeeming feature is the location. Parking was awful: I had to reverse out of the garage into oncoming traffic because the hotel’s own cars were blocking the exit, which felt unsafe in an emergency.

The building felt very old; the walls were thin and I could hear everything in the hallway. There was no central AC, and when I asked for extra towels for myself and a guest, the front desk staff refused, showing a hostile attitude and no hospitality.

Nothing good to say—everything was bad. The moment you walk in, you smell cigarettes, and the bed was creaking and smelled so bad that I couldn’t stay the night.
