The bed gave me a great night’s sleep.

The lobby was clean, comfy, and made a solid first impression; the desk staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. Coffee and tea were available all day and night, and I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted with cookies. Breakfast was good, and the lady caring for the breakfast room was kind and very attentive. The room, however, was freezing when we arrived—air‑conditioning set to 60 with the window wide open, while outside it was 55; I’m not sure why that setting was chosen. The hotel is close to the highway, so traffic could be heard, but it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep.

Breakfast was decent, and Brendan at the front desk really shines; he’s a hard worker who kept me company with great conversation when the evening slowed down.

I left after only two hours and saw how dirty the bed was; the woman at the desk was very rude.

Cassidy, the front desk receptionist was excellent. AC didn't work properly. Extremely cold air only. Had to unplug it eventually. Sticky floor where vending machines are on the 2nd floor. Room closet had something peeling from the wall
