The location was convenient, the place was clean and had enough space for us. My only gripe was retrieving our luggage. We had arranged to leave our bags at check‑out and return before catching our train, but the phone number we were given was an AI agent that didn’t recognize our booking number and wouldn’t connect us to a human. We eventually found another number, spoke directly to the hotel, and the staff were incredibly helpful in locating our luggage, but the whole experience was stressful because of the AI that couldn’t help, especially since we had a train to catch.

I could punch in codes to get into both the front door and my room, and the elevator was handy; there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a grocery store right next door. The street outside is loud, so earplugs are a must, and the lamp by the bed was broken.
