Overall the stay was decent, staff were friendly and the hotel left a pleasant impression, yet a few issues need attention. On the second floor ants appeared in the room, which was quite unpleasant. Breakfast was very modest and didn’t meet expectations for a hotel of this level. The pool was the biggest disappointment: it was listed as a hotel advantage during booking, but on arrival it turned out to be pay‑per‑use, with no prior notice. That information should be clearly stated in the description, as many guests choose accommodation because of a pool and expect it to be included. The extra fee without warning leaves a sour taste.
