How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It’s near a lot of shops and restaurants, but I found a bug in the bathroom and the hot tub wasn’t working. I paid $135 for the hot tub to unwind after work, got off at 10 pm, tried turning on the jets but they didn’t work at all, so I just showered and slept it off. The sheets were itchy, but I had no energy to complain after a 7 am shift the next day.

I’m close to Dulles Airport, the beds are comfy, and I could check out at 11:00 am. Breakfast is okay.

There were shops nearby, but the place isn’t pleasant and it’s a bit dirty.

The room was clean, but there was no elevator, something I didn’t know when I booked. The A/C unit was VERY noisy, so I had to use a fan instead.

I had direct contact with the manager, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was nice. The only downside was that it’s next to a questionable ethnic mall.
