“Unikátny hotel v historickom srdci nadhernych Kosic.”
I was impressed by the classic quality of this hotel and its great location; I must highlight receptionist Maryna and her colleagues who kindly offered me an upgrade to a better room, showing huge potential for future hotel managers. The only downside was the lack of a 24‑hour restaurant, though the surrounding area has quick and good options.
The location was excellent with a stunning view. The staff was extremely friendly, and the bed was very comfortable. The parking garage was right next to the hotel, though it wasn't cheap. They had pre‑held a €100 deposit for potential issues, which we received back later.
“If you plan to stay in Košice, and go and explore around for caves, castles and nature, this is the place to stay!”
The staff was super nice and helpful, giving great recommendations for exploring Košice, and we’re definitely planning to return!
