How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The host is very welcoming, the price matches the studio perfectly, the location is convenient, and it’s the best choice for a one‑night stay, though it was a bit noisy because of the pass‑by area, but quiet at night.

The apartment sits in the tourist centre, is clean, cosy, and has everything needed; the host is wonderful, kind, and responsive, we liked everything and will definitely return.

There are different room types: some for 3‑4 people that were decent and had a security code and a key (though you share a bathroom with another room); I was mistakenly assigned one of those rooms because the owner confused me with another booking and then told me to change rooms. Other rooms are doubles that face the street and are accessed by stairs. Everything looked very old and a bit scary; the wall paint was peeling and the door could be forced from the outside, so it didn’t feel safe to leave your belongings there. No one was there to greet me, and I had to spend a long time talking with her on WhatsApp, which was very difficult due to the room confusion.

Nice, but everything.

We stayed in Tbilisi and found the location great—close to the city center, a short walk to Old Tbilisi and Freedom Square. We originally booked a single room, but because of a water problem we were upgraded to a larger family room, which was a nice gesture. The shower head was still broken in the bathroom, yet overall the stay was comfortable and the spot made exploring the city very convenient.
