“Localização excelente.”
The location is excellent, just a short walk from the opera station, and the staff are attentive. The breakfast isn’t included and there’s no smart TV.

The location is good. The room is too small.

A little after midnight the front desk staff gave a stranger a keycard to our room. The stranger entered our room and ran after hearing our voices. We had dead bolted our door but later found out that all keycards can bypass the deadbolt (what’s the point of the deadbolt then?). This is a massive safety and security issue. The hotel needs to update the system so only master keycards bypass the deadbolt for medical or other emergencies. A standard key card shouldn’t bypass it and is a major safety and privacy violation. This and the staff need to be retrained on policy and procedures to prevent the issuing of an occupied rooms key to strangers
