“Modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage”

We enjoyed a spacious room with a view and a large balcony on the 6th floor, and the bathroom was modern with a window. The staff were very accommodating and promptly fulfilled any extra requests. The breakfast buffet was diverse and tasty, and the location was great—Altstadt, Herrenhausen, and Leineufer were all easily reachable. I was disappointed by the staff’s answer to my question about seeing the fireworks in the Herrenhäuser Gärten from the balcony on the 6th floor; they said it wasn’t possible. If we had a room facing Herrenhäuser, it would have been clear to see, and from the parking deck it was visible from a distance. The sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain properly—please fix it.

“Un bon hôtel, plutôt moyenne gamme, aux prestations honnêtes”

The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10‑minute walk from Steintor at the old town’s entrance. A few decent restaurants are within 5 minutes on foot; we tried “Cheers” for straightforward German food that was good, and “Mama Enzo” for excellent pizza. The front desk gave us a list of nearby restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and there’s a private parking lot right under the hotel, which is handy, though maneuvering is a bit tight. I would have liked a few international TV channels. The reception was okay, but I feel the front desk staff have become more neutral and factual, less smiling and warm, a trend I noticed in many hotels during this trip to Germany.

“Dobrze ale bez szału”

Bliskość miasta. Smaczne śniadanie. Wygodne łóżko. Parking podziemny ciasny ale w cenie noclegu. Przyjazna obsługa w recepcji i sali śniadaniowej. Czystość pokoju. Miałem wrażenie, że nie był dobrze posprzątany. Pokój nie był przygotowany na przyjazd dwóch osób. Trzeba było prosić w recepcji o dodatkowe ręczniki i papier toaletowy. W łazience był pusty podajnik na chusteczki higieniczne
