The pools are great, the staff kept me informed from the moment I booked, the directions were clear, and the food was tasty.

The venue is gorgeous, the weather is warm, the rooms are very comfortable, and the staff service is excellent; the road might be a bit rough, but it’s close to town so you get there quickly.

We stayed with family and felt the breakfast could be more varied, the fruit presentation needs better utensils and jars, and the coffee should be served without panela – that’s optional. Otherwise the staff is excellent and the place is wonderful.
