The host, who happened to be the lady’s father‑in‑law, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. The room was okay, but there were barely any dishes in the cupboard, which was a bit of a hassle.

The hosts were warm and made us feel right at home. Our room had solid Wi‑Fi, the bathroom was all to ourselves, and we could brew tea in the little kitchen (I brought my own tea bags). The surrounding nature was lovely and the whole stay felt very family‑like.

We loved the balcony and the staff were helpful. The kitchen, however, left a lot to be desired – it wasn’t very clean and felt a bit cramped.

The owners were extremely welcoming and made us feel at home in their family cottage, which had a big bed and everything we needed. The only issue was an uneven mattress on the left side, so we had to sleep at an angle. Hopefully they’ll fix it, because we’d definitely book there again when we return to Dilijan.
