The breakfast was included, but when we arrived around 7:50 am—though the schedule said 8:30 am—there were almost no side dishes and nothing extra was offered, so we ate what was there; the kitchen staff had inspected the area but nothing came out of the kitchen after that.

It was cheap, had tea making facilities, a bathtub, and all the essentials were there, but the building looked old and the bathroom cleaning was disappointing.

The tatami room was very calming, though I wished there were more towels and a clothes hanger in both the bathroom and the room.
