Schönes Guesthouse in einer wunderbaren Landschaft mit tollen Gastgebern. Helga und Dagur sorgen mit viel Liebe zum Detail für eine angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Alles ist ordentlich und sauber. In der kleinen Küche können kleine Mahlzeiten zubereitet werden. Unser Zimmer war top, die Betten bequem mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und die Berge. Ich wurde es jederzeit wieder buchen

We really enjoyed our stay at The Herring House. The cottage was clean and cosy, and breakfast was generous with a good variety of food. We especially liked the hot tub, outdoor shower, and the lovely views of the mountains and village. Both hosts were very warm and welcoming. We’d love to come back. Nothing – everything was perfect!

The owner is so friendly you feel at home right away. The guesthouse is lovingly decorated with an Icelandic touch. The only downside is that there is just one toilet, and it’s in the bathroom.
