The host Simona and Lucia were courteous and helpful, fulfilling every request: a lemon each morning with a room‑temperature water bottle, delicious scrambled eggs, spare keys to retrieve the luggage before departure, and a discount from the owner when I realized I was the only guest in a double room. The property sits in a great spot near the main street full of shops and restaurants, close to the bus stop of the South Eastern Railways linked to Trenitalia and the sea. The room is spacious with a private bathroom, simply but neatly furnished, and the photos on the walls in the room and along the stairs are beautiful. Breakfast offers sweet and savory items, fruit, yogurt, fresh pastries from a patisserie and homemade treats. I would gladly return. The price‑quality ratio is excellent for the period. I was disappointed to have a courtyard view, but the room layout probably doesn’t allow other options, and the shower door didn’t close properly because the latch didn’t fit well.

The bed was fantastic. The overall noise level was very low.

Everything was perfect.

The B&B is just steps from the town centre. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent. The breakfast area lacks proper climate control; only ceiling fans were on, and they were always off.
