The hotel had a great location, but unfortunately, the experience was marred by some major issues. The receptionist was completely unhelpful and even rude, demanding extra money from us, which was really off-putting. To make matters worse, we had a terrible night's sleep due to some unknown issue and the next morning, we found out that there was a water scarcity issue in the hotel. Overall, it was a pretty disappointing stay.

We had a pretty disappointing experience at this hotel. The surrounding area was in a terrible state, which didn't exactly fill us with confidence. When we arrived, the staff told us they were fully booked, but it turned out they had just confirmed our room online. The staff member refused to let us in, which was pretty unhelpful. It's left us questioning the trustworthiness of OYO.
