“Nice location not so great caravan definitely wasn’t value for money”

The location was great, private and quiet. The fridge had rust on the front, the trim on the front door was hanging off and could cause a trip, there were cobwebs in the windows, the cotton buds were dirty and there were hairs on the single bed handle, the patio door handle was hanging off and could cause a trip, the patio cushions were ripped, and the double bed was really uncomfortable because the mattress was too big for the bed base.

“Lovely caravan but needs attention”

The location and the caravan part were good. The caravan needed urgent attention: the washing machine was leaking under the carpet, the pull‑out bed was very uncomfortable, there was a big water leak under the caravan, the patio door handle was loose, the table needed replacing or re‑covering.

“Very nice and relaxed long weekend”

The caravan was very good with all the modern conveniences, plus fast WiFi and a smart TV; it was very comfortable and in a good location. The only downside was that there was no easy way to get down onto the beach.

“Great value would 100% return and reccomend”

We were pleasantly surprised by the very good WiFi. The caravan itself felt more like a lodge because it was so spacious and well set out; you wouldn’t think it was a caravan, and it even has a bath. The site offers many activities, and for £15 per person you get an activity pass that’s valid for the whole stay, covering the swimming pool, entertainment, and access to the cash bingo. There’s a lovely huge bar on site with a large outdoor area that’s heated at night, an arcade for the kids, plenty of family activities such as segway hire, pedal karts, a rock climbing wall, a play area, an entertainment team, a pool table, and a free on‑site ATM. It’s a great place. Finding your caravan is easy if you read the email before you arrive – it has all the instructions and a map for CV17, then go to the far right in a nice private corner of the site. I didn’t like the bad reviews left for this property that don’t reflect it at all; we read some negative reviews and almost changed our minds, but we’re glad we didn’t. It’s great value for money, and unless you’re a Karen who expects gold‑plated door handles and taps, you can’t go wrong.
