“Room was comfortable, towels were soft, water pressure was great. tv too small,”

The beds were comfortable. I couldn’t walk down to the lake because there was no trespassing sign; the view was there but no access. I would have liked to walk down to the pier.

The vibe was amazing, the service was so very good, the room was completely clean top to bottom, the wifi was popping, I absolutely enjoyed myself!

There aren’t many options in this area, so this might have been the best pick. The beds were comfortable enough, water pressure was good, and the air conditioner kept the room nice and cold. I was disappointed because the reviews and the name made me think it was a lakefront spot. It isn’t; the only boat ramp leads straight into the water like a driveway, not a place to sit. A fenced property blocks access to the lake. Check‑in felt odd: a number was posted to call Ted, but we rang twice and hit voicemail both times. I texted, and Ted said he’d be right there. His wife appeared at the office, and business was handled through a window—no other staff or owners were seen. We were there to see the night sky, and when I asked about a clear view from the lake, she said it wasn’t needed, just sit at the picnic tables. The parking lot is so well lit that stargazing was impossible. The stay fell short of our expectations. If you have a boat and just need a clean place to stay and launch, it’s probably fine.
