“A good location, but in need of serious repair/renovation.”

The location was excellent, and the housekeeping team cleaned our room every day. An air‑con vent fell off the wall and hit my boyfriend’s head; after we told the staff it was re‑installed the next afternoon, though it still seemed loose. The room and the reception had wallpaper peeling, revealing mold underneath. Several advertised amenities were missing (fridge, bathrobes, part of the phone to call down to reception, soundproofing), and several curtains were ripped. The photos don’t reflect the current state of our room.

The hotel is in the old town with wonderful staff. The room wasn’t ideal – the shared ventilation was very noisy and it was right outside our window.

Only the location mattered. Cleanliness was bad, breakfast was just okay. We checked in at 2 am and were given room 203, which was not ready, not cleaned, the bed was left as it was, and towels were on the floor – a real mess. We went back to reception with our luggage; they didn’t believe us until they checked, then gave us room 208, which was an accessible room. The bathroom mirror was tilted down, the toilet was upstairs and disappointing, the bathroom door handles were sticky and I had to wipe them, and there was a peach in the fridge that was about to rot.

“Fiyat Performans”

The location is perfect and the breakfast is nice. Our room was 406, damp and we had to keep ventilating it. The air‑con never shuts off completely, you can only lower it.
