Nothing good. The staff misrepresented cancellation charges, breakfast times, and updates on legitimate concerns. There were cockroaches present, and the staff were excessively rude.

I had some issues with the room but the manager was able to change the room which was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just the facilities needs some renovation but apart from the rest all okay
