“Cuidado al reservar por booking observa bien tus pasos en la reserva”

We were split into three different rooms as a group of five, and I didn’t like sharing bathrooms, a dining area, or a kitchen with others because I wanted a cabin for everyone, as I had stayed there in 2025 and thought the system had booked it that way. In the end I only used two rooms, but the third was still charged as if it had been used. I tried to contact them and the initial WhatsApp number stopped working; I got a second number and they answered and explained what happened.

The location is magnificent, the facilities are clean and well maintained, and the staff is extremely friendly. The horse riding and walking trails around the site are super fun, and the coffee is excellent, as expected.

“Paradise”

It’s probably the best stay I’ve had. Everything was perfect, the place feels like a small paradise with a diverse flora and many beautiful birds. The efforts to protect the ecosystem are obvious. The staff is very nice and professional. We learned a lot on our tours of the property, honey and birds. The honey made by the small bees is a must‑taste. I also tried freshly picked cacao during our tour. The room was a delight, very clean and modern, with a wide, open view of the mountains in the shared living area (which we had to ourselves as we were the only guests). The food was also very tasty: the chia pancakes were delicious. We later discovered that the revenue supports a school for less‑favored kids 🩵
