Everything was clean, modern, and the staff were pleasant, though the spot and the on‑site shop were not ideal.

The room was spotless and the bed was super comfy, but I wish they offered breakfast.

I liked how clean the pool was, I also enjoyed being able to have all the utensils I need in order to cook, as well as having board games we could use that was really fun. Our room smelled like a dirty dog had been living in it, we initially sprayed to try to get rid of the smell, but when we return to our room, it was like 10 times worse. I then went down to the front desk and asked for another room, but they were unfortunately sold out so she came and sprayed some deodorizer. We also had to put some little trees in the vents. The room still had a faint smell of animals she also said that she would send housekeeping up first thing in the morning and no one ever came. I understand it is a pet friendly hotel but why do you guys still have carpet? That is honestly so unsanitary. There was also a dirty towel hanging on the bathroom door and we had just checked in and to put the icing on the cake. We also found dog hair in our icemaker along with crumbs in the pantry of the kitchenette so overall it just seems like our room was not cleaned at all just the beds were made

“Overall excellent Stay”

The location was super convenient, and the room was spacious and nice, making for a very comfortable stay.

“I won't stay again.”

Nothing positive to mention. We were told we’d get a king suite, but instead we got a single room with a recliner. The indoor pool wasn’t heated and the water seemed to have straight bleach in it.
