How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Everything I need when I visit Bangkok from my home down south is available here. I told the staff that in all my stays, the towels are always very stiff, like horse blankets; they explained the towels are sent out for laundering and should find another laundry vendor that uses water or fabric softener. From what I saw, most of their clientele are elderly (like me) and we prefer soft towels. That’s all.

The location and staff are good; the people working at the hotel are excellent. The property needs renovation, and the hotel is becoming too old to serve.

There were cockroaches everywhere 👎👎👎. The reception was bad.

I liked that it is literally across the street from the hospital, which is why I chose this hotel three times already. Two 7‑11s are close by for shopping. Maybe a couple vending machines somewhere on the premises for that late‑night snack.

The environment was calm, the room was large, and the staff were engaged. The mattress was a bit hard, there was only one type of bread at breakfast, and the hotel felt a little old.
