Great location, quick and simple online check‑in. There’s a common lounge with a coffee machine, kettle with tea, and pre‑packed products if you want to make breakfast on your own. I recommend it and would return.

The room was clean, welcoming, and spacious. The host was very helpful and gave us many city‑tour tips. The only negative was the difficulty of finding parking in the area, which isn’t the host’s fault.

An extraordinary house and accommodation. The only issue was the 24/7 street noise from the three‑lane street, even though the room faced the side alley.

The hotel was clean, charming, and classic, with a beautiful building and spacious rooms. The main road felt a bit quiet and lonely at night, especially for a woman walking alone, but during the day there were plenty of people around, so I felt completely safe and at ease. The service was simple but more than satisfactory, and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Genoa. I would feel a little more secure if the room had a sturdier lock.
