The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was super extensive; the staff were also very friendly and helpful. Nothing else.

Halbert is een heerlijk en vooral sfeervol hotel met attent en vriendelijk personeel. Fijne bedden en prima badkamer. En het ontbijt was echt top met enerzijds lekker traditioneel suikerbrood en gebakken eieren maar ook hippe dingen als overnight oats en smoothie. De locatie midden in het centrum maar toch geen superdrukke weg is eveneens top. Het enige wat ik hinderlijk vond was dat de verlichting in de kamer zo donker was. Dat gold zowel voor de kamer als de badkamer. Fijn dat er een make-up spiegel was in de badkamer is, maar als er geen licht op valt, heb je er weinig aan. Ook het lampje op het nachtkastje was haast te zwak om in bed bij te lezen

The staff are super friendly, very attentive, the breakfast is great, and the location is perfect. The food at the restaurant was good and the service very good, but the atmosphere suffers when it’s empty. Compared to another restaurant with the same menu concept we visited two days earlier, the food quality here was lower.
