“Beware of last minute cancellations”

The property was cancelled on the morning of my stay because they had sold the room twice, presumably at a better price.

Nothing, I didn’t even get to see the room. I was furious because I couldn’t check in; a few hours before arrival they cancelled my booking because they said the room wasn’t available, yet they still charged me. I asked for a fix, but they offered nothing, so I had to sort everything myself. Terrible! Four adults and two kids on the street. Zero recommendation.

The place was clean, but there were a few problems: noisy neighbours and the room door wouldn’t lock from the outside.
