The staff considered other data possibilities and were customer‑focused. The location is convenient. When leaving in the rain, I couldn’t get outside with my luggage because scooters were parked everywhere, and the taxi had to stop in the main street.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits in a great spot in the Old Quarter. We received an upgraded room for our anniversary, and communication from the moment we booked was smooth.

The location in the Old Quarters is excellent, and the staff are warm and wonderful with great service. The room was comfortable, and breakfast was great.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the Old Quarter, with restaurants, tourist attractions, and everything you might need within walking distance. The staff were extremely polite and helpful—they booked us a spot on one of the most beautiful tours we’ve ever experienced in Lan Ha Bay, helped us exchange money into local currency, and also reserved tickets for the water puppet show. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was okay, not brand new, but clean enough, and towels were changed every day. Overall, because of the amazing location and the helpful staff, this place is definitely worth recommending. The only drawback of such a central location was that the window faced a wall, so there wasn’t much natural daylight, and it took a bit of time to get used to that.
