The stay was comfortable and the staff were nice. The pantry staff should be instructed to cover the food when it’s brought to the room for guests. At least one white light bulb might be provided in the room, and a lamp is needed at the mirror in the restroom.

The staff and housekeeping were solid, yet they seem to miss the priority—little kids couldn't get hot water for milk, and adults had to wait for tea.

The main room door lock was broken when I checked in at 11.0 PM, so we told them and they began repairs, but it wasn’t fixed until midnight. I booked a 3‑bedroom room but didn’t get the right setup.
