The place is close to Hanoi's best restaurants and the train street, but the windowless room gave a strange feeling, maybe I didn't notice it when booking.

“Molto carino.”

The suite had a spacious, clean balcony and a small balcony offering an interesting view of the chaotic old town, but the bathtub was tricky to get in and out of and water spread everywhere, so I’d advise against it for anyone with back or balance problems.
