How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The extras had to be paid in cash only, which I learned many Riad’s do. It caused a hassle because on the last day we didn’t have much cash and had to withdraw. They’d mentioned it in messages, but I hadn’t read it and then they didn’t repeat it in‑house.

The place and the hotel are very pretty and cozy, and the staff is great. The downside was that breakfast was included but there was no choice—no veggies, yogurt, etc.—and everything else cost extra. Every day the same breakfast.

The various services offered at the establishment were good. The staff were attentive, respectful, caring, and always available day and night. Nothing else to note.

The Riad was nicely decorated and a peaceful oasis. The staff were very friendly and very hospitable. The Wi‑Fi connection dropped regularly. It wasn’t possible to shower and there was no water pressure. Every morning there were a lot of bees during breakfast that landed on the jam, which was very annoying. The Riad had back‑logged maintenance. When I checked out I tried to point out the issues, but the owner was completely unwilling to listen and wanted me to pay the outstanding amount. That was disappointing.

The Riad is very beautiful and the staff were exceptional, friendly and attentive. However, the pool was in bad condition and the location felt unsafe.
