“Dusty room, strong mold smell, hidden fees, and a full refund promise that was later contradicted. Very disappointing.”

The room was dusty and smelled strongly of mold/mildew. I have asthma and a severe dust allergy, so we couldn’t stay. The hotel staff explicitly told us we would receive a full refund for the entire reservation, and we left based on that assurance. Later, we were informed that the hotel was only refunding part of the stay, which directly contradicted what we were told at the front desk. On top of that, there is a daily resort fee and paid parking. Very disappointing experience.

Everything was outdated, there was no dining room, only a cart standing outside, and the food was served in a way that didn’t look aesthetic.

“A nice hotel, but unexpected charges spoiled the stay.”

The hotel itself was nice and the setting pleasant, but the unexpected resort and parking charges were very disappointing and made the stay feel poor value; those extra costs weren’t clear enough beforehand.

“The rooms themselves were pleasant, clean, and spacious. The pool was fun, they give out towels, and you can fill up wat”

It was clean and modern, and I liked the l’occitan products in the room, yet a sewage smell at the entrance and road noise in our room were annoying, and the girl at reception was very unpleasant, not friendly, and wouldn’t let us take more than two napkins for my daughter’s allergy attack and runny nose.

“Lovely pools and harbor view from our room. Beautiful sunset!!”

The landscaping around the pool, breakfast area and circular drive was beautiful, and there was nothing negative to mention.
