I specifically requested a room with a reliable internet connection since it was my top priority for the stay. Unfortunately, the WiFi wasn't working, and despite calling the reception, the issue remained unresolved. It was quite frustrating, especially since I was counting on getting some work done.

I was impressed by the staff's courteous and friendly demeanor throughout my stay. However, I did think that the selection of complimentary teas and coffee in the room could have been improved with the addition of a black coffee option - everything provided was quite sweet.

My stay got off to a rocky start when the hotel initially disputed the rate I had been quoted, causing a delay and impacting my overall experience. Thankfully, things improved later on, but the initial hiccup was inconvenient. I had been looking forward to a smooth check-in process.

I appreciated that I could pay with a card using a reasonable currency rate of 2500. The staff were also pleasant to interact with. However, my stay was marred by a couple of issues: the bed sheets were dirty when I first arrived, and I had to request a change. To make matters worse, I struggled to sleep due to mosquitoes and unfortunately ended up contracting dengue fever.
