Check‑in/out was fast. A male staff member of Indian nationality was very friendly and always helpful. The environment is customer‑friendly, close to restaurants and convenience stores. Parking is easy to find. The Wi‑Fi is also good. The rooms are not too small. The bathroom water pressure is strong. The air‑con in the room is very cold. Next time I visit Port Dickson with my family, we will stay here again. TV was not working. The mini‑fridge was missing. Mineral water was not available. The hotel has just changed ownership and is probably in a recovery or renovation process. No other problems.

The hotel's cleanliness and spacious rooms were definite pluses, but the lack of a lift was a bit of a hassle. It was a shame, really, because the place had a lot going for it.

The only thing that really stood out to me was how overpriced the rooms were, especially considering they didn't even provide basic amenities like mineral water or working TVs. When I asked about the issue, they just told me that all the TVs were broken, which was pretty frustrating. Taking a bath was also a challenge, as there was no soap provided. For RM80, I expected a lot more than just a place to sleep.
