Everything about the place was perfect: immaculate, snug, a fridge stocked with milk and water, a super comfy bed, and breakfast that day was excellent with a nice variety of items.

A lovely, large room with a bathroom, top‑clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed, very friendly host, good breakfast, not in the center but on a quiet side street.

A very large, pleasant room with garden view, a small fridge, a tea, coffee, and biscuit tray, and a good English breakfast. The place is quiet and has parking (reverse entry). The reception didn’t live up to the English tourist reviews; it was brief and compared us to other places we stayed at (no city info, …). We found it petty to tell us the second‑day breakfast was continental as per the reservation and to charge £6 per person for the English breakfast, so we took the continental. When I asked for a toast (=2 toasts), the lady made me feel it was overcharging. The shower system is tricky, switching from hot to cold. Luckily there was a bathtub where the water was easier to adjust.

Very friendly owner couple, a stunning suite with a sleeping area and breakfast area, parking available on the premises, exceptionally good breakfast in a beautiful room, everything fit perfectly, the best part of our trip.
