I had a terrible night: construction ran all night, dogs barked nonstop, the boiler kept firing up with a piercing squeak that made sleep impossible; in the morning we found a cockroach on the floor and many other pests, the floor was covered in excrement, everything smelled awful, and trash was everywhere—do yourself a favor and pay an extra €20–30 for a decent hotel instead of wasting a night in this dump; avoid it entirely.

The property was completely uninhabitable and posed health hazards; the host arrived over an hour late for check‑in, and the place was overcrowded with unauthorized animals—pit bull, cats, parrots, rodents, reptiles in tanks—covered in animal feces with an unbearable odor, making it unsafe; I had to leave immediately and the host refused a refund; the issue has been reported to local health and tourism authorities—stay away.

The location is fine, but renting this room is completely unacceptable. It’s unfinished, located in a fully under‑construction townhouse, and the cleanliness is poor—yellow pillows without covers, a filthy mattress, an unusable kitchen, noisy pets (parakeets chirping all night and two staff‑type dogs barking from 6:30 am onward), a door that stays stuck and the owner’s failed attempts to fix it, a half‑used shower gel, an uninstalled and unpowered TV, exposed wires, a cluttered wardrobe, and more. It’s a real disaster.
