We've returned here several times because the location is ideal – right in the centre but away from the main road, quiet and just steps from a beautiful church. The owners are incredibly friendly and hardworking, always offering excellent wine and keeping everything spotless, from the sheets to the towels. The plumbing works flawlessly, the beds are comfortable and the rooms stay quiet, giving the whole house a warm, welcoming feel.

The location is spot‑on and the hosts welcomed us warmly, plus the breakfast was truly tasty. The only drawback was the room – it felt a bit cramped and rather dark, even though that’s exactly how it was described.

Our room was immaculate, fully equipped, and offered a view of Mount Ararat, while the surrounding area is peaceful; a short kilometre walk leads down to a river gorge with nice restaurants and pools. The wine and dried‑fruit tasting was a real highlight, and the breakfast was fresh, abundant and top‑quality.
The moment we arrived the hosts greeted us with a glass of wine and a bowl of fruit, which set a friendly tone for the stay. The house sits beside a lovely garden that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of hiking, and the room itself is spacious, air‑conditioned, with solid mattresses and fluffy pillows. The shower performed perfectly, towels and snacks were provided, and the breakfast spread was a real treat.
